What is the difference between Chlorella Pyrenoidosa and Chlorella Sorokiniana?

Chlorella pyrenoidosa is the old name for Chlorella sorokiniana. It also known as the “King of Chlorellas”.They are exactly the same species. It is just because the change of Taxonomy, so we call it Chlorella sorokiniana nowadays. According to the papers from SAG, the Chlorella pyrenoidosa is the formerly name of Chlorella sorokiniana.

There are many species of Chlorella in the market, but Chlorella Sorokiniana is the ONLY species that contains a large quantity of Chlorella Growth Factor (C.G.F). C.G.F is a complex combination of amino acids, nucleic acids, peptides, and carbohydrates, with the unique ability of stimulating tissue growth and repairing.
